BANOTTI

About

Designed to be lived in.

BANOTTI is a contemporary furniture and home décor studio shaped by Italian modernism — the Milan of the 1960s and 70s, Mediterranean light, and rooms that were made to be used, not merely admired.

A Milanese state of mind

Our reference points are the masters of Italian mid-century design — the generous curves of a lounge chair, the architectural confidence of a modular sofa, the quiet warmth of walnut against travertine. We are not reproducing that era; we are carrying its spirit into contemporary homes.

The result is furniture that reads as a collection — sofas, beds, chairs, tables, dining, outdoor, lighting and objects that share one visual language. Warm ivory, espresso, burgundy, olive and terracotta. Bold lines, soft edges.

High-end, without the markup

Traditional luxury furniture passes through showrooms, distributors and galleries — and each step multiplies the price. We built BANOTTI differently: we design in-house, produce with skilled ateliers, and sell directly to you.

That is why a hand-finished Milano Modular Sofa costs what good design should cost, not what a Madison Avenue address demands. Design integrity first; retail theater never.

What we stand for

Sculptural, always

Every silhouette begins as a curve. We design pieces that hold a room on their own — furniture with the presence of sculpture and the comfort of a daily ritual.

Honest materials

Travertine, walnut, chrome, bouclé, velvet and linen. We choose materials that age with grace and feel better the more they are used.

Considered choices

Find the fabric, configuration and finish that feel right at home. Our collection brings considered details into everyday spaces.

Design without the markup

We work directly with ateliers and skip the traditional showroom chain. High-end design, priced for the people who actually live with it.

Materials with a memory

We select materials the way a tailor selects cloth — by hand, by feel, and for how they will age. Stone that keeps the cool of the quarry. Wood that deepens in tone. Fabrics that soften with every afternoon spent on them.
